A self-regulation audit finds where your reactions create operating cost.

Look at tense meetings, written replies, missed commitments, feedback moments, and escalations. Patterns usually show up faster than people want to admit.

Do not audit yourself for moral purity. Audit for downstream cost. Where did your reaction slow truth, create cleanup, invite avoidance, or make someone manage you instead of the work?
