I am Antoine. I live in Quebec City with my family, work in business operations and strategy, and write about the ideas I keep coming back to.

My path has moved through Coveo, The PNR, Replit, and now Shakepay. Different companies, different contexts, same underlying fascination: how do smart people turn ambiguity into action?

I have always had an immense curiosity about how people and systems work. Why some founders make unusually good decisions. Why some teams get sharper under pressure while others drift. Why some strategies become real and others stay trapped in decks.

For a long time, I mostly learned in private through books, notes, highlights, and half-formed frameworks. Eventually I wanted a better learning system. I wanted a place to turn reading and thinking into something more durable.

So this site became my public notebook.

I write essays when I am trying to clarify a question. I write book notes when I want to remember what I can reuse. I write profiles because people reveal their operating systems through decisions.

A lot of my current attention is on AI, but the abstract version does not interest me much. I am interested in AI as an operating-model shift. Agents, memory, permissions, and workflow design are becoming questions about how companies are designed and how work gets done.

The values underneath the work are simple: curiosity, grit, and integrity. Stay interested. Do the work. Try to see clearly. Do not pretend certainty where there is none.

The goal of this site is not to have takes on everything. It is to build better judgment, one useful artifact at a time.
