I use this site as a public learning system: part reading notebook, part operating manual, part collection of profiles, ideas, and essays on how people and companies actually work.

I live in Quebec with my wife, two kids, and our dog. I work as Head of BizOps at Shakepay. Before that I was Head of BizOps at Replit, built a boutique strategy-execution consulting firm, and started my career in professional services implementing enterprise search.
