Easy to work with means low friction, not low standards.
The best collaborators are clear, responsive, prepared, and honest about constraints. They do not create mystery work for everyone else. They also do not agree to nonsense to stay liked.
Ease is an operating advantage when it reduces avoidable drag. Passivity is different. Passivity hides disagreement until it becomes resentment or rework.
Operator artifact: run a friction check on yourself: unclear asks, slow replies, missing constraints, surprise objections, hidden dependencies. Fix one.
Field test: Reduce avoidable friction while keeping the standard visible.
